Keep Your Chin Up Wood

I have been prepareing wood since 2007 and have had only a small handful of problems. I stand behind my product but sometimes we cannot predict the weather (humid conditions) rain, snow, ect. I have taken precautions for dampness and I have had no problems with shipping products in weather. You will find a small packet that comes with your wood, silica gel, is basically sand and it is used to absorb moisture. This is harmless, simply pick it out and toss it. The Nebraska weather is unpredictable.

I will not return money if your pet simple don't like the product. I'm sure someone would buy the product from you. If I were to return it I would have to pay shipping on top of getting it back and reprepare it. Not worth my time.

I will work with you on any reasonable problem, please come to me first before you slap the forums with nastiness. I will not tolorate that and probably won't work with you then or sell to you again.

If you stiff me, (do not pay after several emails) I will not sell to you again, and if I do money will have to be paid upfront to get in my good graces again. You also will be deleted from this website.

I do not ship outside the United States except for Hawaii and Alaska. I do not ship to Canada.

Most of all be patient, I am a 1 man band and do all this wood myself alone. Mike only helps me stock my piles.

When receiving your wood, leave in the box with the flaps loose or even open.

If you feel you must store it in a plastic container, make sure you drill holes in your container, so that there is ample air flow.
